I have been going to Jonelle for my eyelashes and eyebrows for months now and I am amazed each time! I get my eyebrows waxed and eyelashes lifted and tinted. Not only is Jonelle easy to talk to she makes me feel welcomed when I come in. I always feel as if I am in a safe space at the Aesthetics room😊 I wouldn’t go anywhere else, and I’m so thankful to have found a person I trust doing my eyebrows and lashes!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about The Aesthetics Room in York, PA! The owners, Michelle and Jessica, are just amazing at what they do. Michelle, who has been a good friend of mine for many years, is so sweet, caring, and truly dedicated to making every client feel their best. I've had services done by both Michelle and Jess, and they're always at the top of their game with the latest treatments. Plus, Jonelle has done an incredible job on my lashes and brows. Their entire team is so welcoming and on top of the newest trends. I've ALWAYS been extremely happy with all of my results. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!

I had the absolute best experience at The Aesthetics Room! I went in for a brow lamination, tint, and wax, and Karyna went above and beyond — I left feeling beautiful and so relaxed! Ayden greeted me with the biggest smile and made me feel so welcome, even though I arrived super early for my appointment. She offered me water and really added to the overall amazing experience. Karyna did an excellent job on my lashes! The first time ever having this type of service done. She has a gentle hand, caring heart and love for what she does that pours into her work. She sanitized her hands at appropriate times and kept hygiene/clean technique to a high standard (which is important to this nurse). I plan to return for other services and highly recommend this establishment. I felt so beautiful when I saw the results! Jess is amazing with her craft! She was professional and made me feel very comfortable! She respectfully listens, makes recommendations based on the individual’s skin type, look they desire and features. Uses perfect, clean, hygienic technique, and coaches you through the entire session! I would not go anywhere else! The Aesthetics Room offers a wonderful variety of services with the highest of standards that set the barre in their industry! 5 STARS!!!!

The service and care here are truly exceptional — far above and beyond my expectations! Jess is incredibly skilled and precise; I experienced none of the issues I’d heard or read about with either the initial or follow-up service. I’m very sensitive and admittedly squeamish around my eyes, but I’d wanted my brows done for over 20 years. Jess suggested a consultation and even performed a small test in an inconspicuous area to ease my fears. That thoughtful approach made all the difference. The salon itself lives up to its name — aesthetically pleasing and surgically clean — which was another huge plus for me. Jess did such an amazing job that my only regret is waiting so long to do it! Honestly, she did such a phenomenal job the first time that I almost didn’t even need the follow-up (though it was included in the package). She matched the color and shape of my brows perfectly to how I remember them decades ago — and she had never even met me before! Truly gifted. Jess is not only a talented artist but also a fascinating entrepreneur who genuinely cares about her clients.
